Getting started with UATax.Net
UATax.Net is a workspace for FOP (sole proprietor) and LLC: accounting, DPS (State Tax Service) reports, banks, documents, HR and stock in one workspace. Each workspace runs on its own subdomain (name.uatax.net) with a separate database. The "Overview" screen (/app) shows income and expenses, upcoming filings and recent operations.
Steps
Open a workspace on the "Open a workspace" page and confirm your email with the code from the message. Go to the "FOP profile" section (settings) and fill in full name / company name, RNOKPP (tax ID) or EDRPOU code, tax office code (C_STI), group / system and IBAN, then click "Save profile". Open "Banks", click "Connect" next to your bank and "Sync statement" — operations will appear in "Operations" and "Income book". If you are moving from another program, upload files in the "Import" section. In "Income book", click "Classify with AI" and check what is income and what is not. Enter budget account details in "Taxes & payments" — the calendar and the "Pay" button will appear. In "Reports", click "Build XML", review the check results and file the report. Start each month on the "This month" screen — all tasks and deadlines are collected there.
Tip
Help opens with the "Help (?)" button in the header or the "?" key — straight to the article for the current screen. On "Overview", the "Upcoming filings" block leads directly to building the report. The interface is available in Ukrainian, Russian and English; names of DPS forms, banks and accounts are always the official Ukrainian ones.
Warning
Calculations are for reference only and are not tax or legal advice. Verify data in the DPS Electronic Cabinet and with your accountant. Without RNOKPP / EDRPOU and the tax office code in the "FOP profile" section, reports will not pass the checks.

Opening a workspace
Registration creates a separate workspace on the subdomain name.uatax.net with its own database. No password is needed: login is confirmed with an email code, and you can add a passkey later.
Steps
Click "Open a workspace" or "Create a workspace" on the home page. Fill in "Display name" — your name or company name. Enter the "Subdomain name": Latin a–z, digits and hyphens (not at the start or end), e.g. ivan-fop. Enter the email address that will receive the code. Click "Send code" and open the message. Enter the "Code from email" and click "Confirm". After confirmation, your workspace opens at name.uatax.net — go to the "FOP profile" section.
Tip
Choose a short address that is easy to dictate to your accountant: all team members see it. If "That subdomain or email is already taken" appears, choose another address or sign in on the "Log in" page.
Warning
You cannot change the workspace address yourself after registration — check it before confirming. In test mail mode (EMAIL_STUB=1), the message is not sent but stored on the server in data/mail.

Login: email code and passkey
You can log in two ways: with a code sent to your email, or with a passkey (Face ID, fingerprint or device key). A passkey is added in the workspace after the first login with a code.
Steps
Open the "Log in" page. To log in with a passkey, click "Continue with Passkey" and confirm on your device. To log in with a code, enter your email and click "Send code". Enter the "Code from email" and click "Confirm". To add a passkey, open the "FOP profile" section and click "Add a passkey". To remove an old device, click "Remove" next to its key. To log out, click "Log out" in the menu.
Tip
Add a passkey on every device you work from — login takes a single action. Team members log in with their own email; the workspace is detected automatically.
Warning
The message "No account with this email" means you first need to open a workspace or ask the owner to add you to the "Team". If the workspace is suspended by the platform administrator, login is unavailable — contact support.

Roles and access
All members work in the same workspace database, but each role sees only its own sections. Roles: Owner, Director, Accountant, HR, Warehouse. Members are added in the "Team" section.
Steps
Owner and Director see all sections, including "Team", "Subscription & billing" and settings. Accountant works with accounting (operations, banks, book, journal, cash), documents, HR and stock. HR sees "HR & payroll" and the shared screens. Warehouse works with "Documents", "Counterparties" and "Stock". The "This month", "Reports", "Tax letters", "Assistant" and "Notifications" sections are available to all roles. To add a person, open "Team", enter their email and role, and click "Add". If a role has no access to a section, the workspace returns to "This month".
Tip
An accountant serving several clients sees all of them in the "My clients" section. Grant the minimum role needed: "Warehouse" for a storekeeper, "HR" for an HR officer.
Warning
The owner's passkeys are not shared with members — everyone logs in with their own email.

KEP: qualified electronic signature
KEP (qualified e-signature) is required for live filing of reports to the DPS (State Tax Service), signing primary documents and registering tax invoices in the ERPN (VAT invoice register). UATax.Net prepares the file and you apply the signature — with a cloud KEP (if configured on the server) or in a third-party program, then upload the signature file.
Steps
For a report: in "Reports", click "Build XML", then "Download XML". Sign the XML with your KEP in Diia.Pidpys or another program. Upload the "Signed transport package (QES)" and click "Send signed file". For a document: open it in "Documents", and in the "Signature & exchange" block choose "Sign with cloud key" or upload a .p7s via "Upload signature". To sign with a file, download the document JSON, sign it and upload the "Signature file (.p7s)". The counterparty signs the document on their side via a link — the status changes to "signed by both". For tax invoices / adjustments, sending via "Register" also requires the VAT payer's KEP.
Tip
Check the KEP certificate expiry date in advance — filing is impossible after it expires. Signed .p7s files can be downloaded from the document page for archiving.
Warning
KEP_STUB=1: cloud signing runs in test mode; the signature has no legal force. DPS_STUB=1: packages are not delivered to cabinet.tax.gov.ua; receipts are test ones. The message "Cloud KEP is not configured on the server" means you need to sign with a .p7s file.

Plans and subscription
The "Pricing" page shows active plans: price per month or year, number of users and plan contents. Filing reports to the DPS, banks and the income book are included in all plans. The subscription is paid via UATax.Net invoices.
Steps
Open "Pricing" on the home page. Compare plans by price, period ("mo" or "year"), number of users and contents. Open a workspace — a new workspace can start with a trial period (status "Trial"). The plan is assigned by the platform administrator; the current plan is shown in "Subscription & billing". Subscription invoices arrive by email and appear in the "Subscription & billing" section. Pay the invoice by card or via bank transfer using the QR code — the subscription is extended to a new "Paid until" date.
Tip
To avoid missing a payment, save your card for autopay. The number of users in the plan limits how many members you can add to the "Team".
Warning
An overdue invoice switches the subscription to "Past due" status; the workspace may be suspended.

UATax.Net invoice payer
Paying an invoice by link
The public page /pay/… opens from the invoice email or from the workspace. It shows the invoice number, the "Amount due", the due date and the payer. You can pay by card via monobank or LiqPay, or by bank transfer using the NBU QR code.
Steps
Open the link from the email or click "Pay" in the "Subscription & billing" section. Check the invoice number, amount and the "Due" date. To pay by card, choose a provider (monobank or LiqPay) and click "Pay by card". Keep the "Remember the card and pay future invoices automatically" checkbox if you want autopay. Enter the card details on the bank's secure page and confirm the payment. To pay via bank, scan the QR code in your banking app or copy the "Bank transfer details". After payment, the page shows "Invoice paid. Thank you!".
Tip
When paying by transfer, include the invoice number in the payment purpose — the payment will be matched automatically. The status "The bank is processing the payment…" updates as soon as the bank confirms the transaction.
Warning
Card details are entered on the bank's page — UATax.Net neither sees nor stores them. A voided invoice cannot be paid.

About UATax.Net
UATax.Net replaces 1C and scattered spreadsheets for FOP (sole proprietor) and LLC: accounting, DPS reports, banks, documents, HR and stock work in one database. Each workspace is isolated on its own subdomain. See the comparison with other solutions on the home page and in "Pricing".
Steps
Review the features on the home page: DPS reports, Ukrainian banks, your own subdomain. Open "Pricing" to see plan contents and prices. Create a workspace and go through the quick start. Transfer data from BAS, 1C, M.E.Doc, Taxer or Vchasno via "Import".
Tip
A single shared chart of accounts (Ministry of Finance Order No. 291) is the same for all LLCs and FOPs on the platform.
Warning
UATax.Net is an accounting tool, not tax or legal advice.

One screen with everything due soon: file reports, pay taxes, classify operations, answer DPS letters, register tax invoices, sign documents, run payroll. It also shows usage of the group income limit and the year forecast.
Steps
Open "This month" in the "Monthly" menu. Review the task list: red are overdue, yellow are due within a week. Click a task — the relevant section opens (reports, payments, book, VAT, documents, stock, HR). Complete the action in the section and return to "This month". Mark a task with the "Done" (✓) button if it was completed outside the workspace. Check the "Group income limit" and "Year forecast" blocks. When all tasks are closed, "All done ✓" appears.
Tip
"Low stock" tasks appear when an item's quantity falls below "Min qty". Set up "Notifications" to receive these deadlines in Telegram or Viber.

Steps
Open "Taxes & payments". In the "Payment accounts" block, enter the payee, EDRPOU, IBAN and tax code from the DPS website and click "Save". In the "Tax calendar", review the deadlines; next to a report, click "Build XML" to go to reporting. Next to a payment, click "Pay" — a page opens with the QR code, amount and purpose. In "Budget reconciliation", enter the "DPS cabinet balance" and click "Save". Compare "Accrued", "Paid" and "Debt (+) / overpaid (−)"; for details, click "Open DPS e-cabinet".
Tip
Deadlines falling on a weekend move to the next working day. If the amount is not determined, the payment page shows "enter in bank app".
Warning

Operations
A list of all workspace receipts and expenses: from bank statements, PRRO (software cash register), import and manual entry. The income book and the journal entries are built from operations.
Steps
Open "Operations" in the "Accounting" menu. In the "Add operation" form, choose "Income" or "Expense". Enter "Date", "Amount, ₴" and "Description". Click "Save" — the operation appears in the list. Go to "Income book" to classify new operations (income or not). Go to "Ledger & balance" and click "Post operations" to create journal entries.
Tip
Bank operations are best pulled via "Banks" or "Import" — repeated uploads do not create duplicates. A clear payment purpose helps automatic classification.

Income book
The income book is built automatically from statements, PRRO and import. Each operation has a category and an explanation of why it is or is not income. At the top: income by quarter, year to date, the group limit and the year forecast.
Steps
Open "Income book". Review "Income by quarter": "Quarter", "Year to date", "Group income limit" and "Year forecast". Click "Classify with AI" to classify new operations. In the "Operations" list, check the "in book" / "not income" labels and explanations. If needed, change the category (Income, Not income, Refund, Between own accounts, Taxes, Expense, Salary, Loan / credit) — a manual choice takes priority. Click "CSV" to export the book. Return to "This month" — the "Classify operations" task disappears.
Tip
Transfers between your own accounts and currency exchange are marked "not income" automatically — check them. Cash via PRRO goes into the book from the cash desk; cashless receipts come from the statement, without duplication.
Warning
Classification is a hint. Whether a specific receipt counts as income, verify with your accountant and against current legislation. Unclassified operations for the period block the declaration check.

Banks
Connect Ukrainian banks via official APIs: monobank (X-Token), ПриватБанк (AutoClient), others via Open Banking AIS. The statement automatically becomes workspace operations. Tokens are encrypted in this workspace's database.
Steps
Open "Banks". Choose a bank and get a token from the bank via the "API docs" link. Fill in the fields: token, IBAN, "Account id", and for Open Banking — "AIS base URL" and "Consent-ID". Click "Connect" — the status changes to "connected". Click "Sync statement" — "Operations imported: N" appears. Check "Last sync" and the new operations in "Operations" and "Income book". To disconnect a bank, click "Disconnect".
Tip
If your bank is not in the list, export the statement as a file and upload it in "Import". Repeated sync does not duplicate operations.
Warning
BANK_STUB=1: live HTTP requests to banks are disabled; test operations are imported. "Bank error" usually means an expired or invalid token or consent — renew them at the bank.
